This character 18th century stone house, renovated in 1997 is a beautiful family home standing in the middle of its estate of 20 hectares with fabulous views over the plateau of Bajolles.  The family can trace its origins back to the Canon Paul Dubourg of Layrac Priory in 1871.  

The accommodation is spread over 150m², all on ground floor level, comprising a living room (50m²), with open plan kitchen/bar, 3 bedrooms with 4 queen-size beds of 160cm, plus a single bed; bathroom, shower-room, laundry room, 2 WC’s.  Several terraces and large pool terracing around the salt-water pool of 13m x 6m.  

All modern comforts in a charming high quality renovated property, newly equipped with large side by side fridge, integrated dishwasher, Lacanche cooking range, outside plancha, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wifi etc.

Garden furniture, deckchairs, sun loungers, hammocks, and golf practice area and pathways through the woods for a gentle stroll or a run.  

Within walking distance of 300m (by footpath) of a pony club for equestrian pursuits.

For golfers, the course at the Château d’Allot is only a five minute drive away.  Walkers will enjoy exploring the undulating Gascony valleys of the Gers, starting from Bajolles, to the villages of Astafford, Gimbrède, Fals, Cuq or Moirax.
